Position Description Summary

Put the customer first at all times. A Sales Associate is responsible for providing First Class Service to our customers. Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting. The Sales Associate is responsible for executing the Mission Statement daily, ensuring a positive shopping experience in a friendly, well-maintained environment. Tasks may be performed on the sales floor or in support roles.

Position Requirements

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment
• Ability to greet, sell, and thank customers effectively
• Provide personalized customer service through needs analysis and product recommendations
• Offer promotional products and services to customers
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues
• Ensure store appearance meets visual and cleanliness standards
• Accurately handle transactions at the cash register and on handheld devices
• Follow company policies, including safety, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures
