StretchLab Spartanburg is looking for a SalesAssociateto help with front desk and sales tasks at a health and fitness boutique studio located on the East side of Spartanburg. This part-time position offers a dynamic opportunity for a driven, sales-focused individual to actively contribute to expanding the membership base for a novel wellness modality, gain experience in business management, and/or build their professional resume.

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, high energy, and a proactive "let's do it" attitude. Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset are beneficial. And a passion for health and fitness is a plus.

This role is customer service and sales, so you must be good with people and enjoy selling!!

We're admittedly biased, butStretchLab Spartanburg is an awesome and rewarding place to work. We have a great team that is professional, but also a lot of fun. We're small so we work together on all aspects of the studio. And we are obsessed with helping people move better!!

DUTIES:

• Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Phone calls / text / outreach
• Book/ confirm stretch sessions for our current & prospective clients
• Greetand check-in clients andanswer phone inquiries
• Meet individual sales goals assigned
• Occasional participation in special events (health fairs, community events, etc.)
• Help create and participate in social media content
• Present and sell merchandise
• Maintain studio cleanliness
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Love connecting with people and love sales
• Ability to create a positive welcoming environment
• Great phone etiquette & communication skills
• Talent for customer service
• Drive to understand and meet client needs
• Ability to exceed expectations
• Proficient computer / software skills
• Prior experience in a fitness/health environment helpful but not required
• Must be reliable and adhere to the attendance policy
  
  

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• This position offers an hourly base rate of $12along with commission on sales and bonus opportunities based on performance
• Complimentary 2x25 Monthly Membership included with employment
