Job summary

Massage Envy Bowie/Woodmore Towne Centre is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who is motivated, confident, and results-driven. This SALES role focuses on converting inquiries into memberships, selling wellness programs, and driving retail and service add-ons.

You will be expected to meet individual and team sales goals, handle objections, and guide guests toward the best wellness solutions while maintaining excellent guest experiences. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Confidently asks for the sale and closes opportunities.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and services.
• Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Massage Envy memberships and wellness programs.

Massage Envy Bowie/Woodmore Towne Centre is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a SALES position. We are looking for someone who is energized by goals, enjoys talking to people, is comfortable asking for the sale, and knows how to turn a conversation into a booked appointment, membership, enhancement, or retail purchase.

This position requires a flexible schedule.

Schedule requirements:

• Part-Time position
• At least one evening shift required
• At least one weekend shift required
• Some holiday availability required
• Open/flexible availability strongly preferred

Pay & Perks

THIS IS A SALES ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You will be responsible for actively driving revenue and helping the clinic reach its sales goals.

• Sell Massage Envy memberships and wellness programs
• Convert guests into members by confidently communicating the value of membership
• Sell enhancements and upgrades that complement each guest’s service
• Drive retail sales by recommending products based on guest needs and provider recommendations
• Book future appointments and rebook guests before they leave
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments and sales
• Follow up with leads, inactive guests, members, and prospective clients
• Identify sales opportunities throughout every guest interaction
• Ask questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and confidently close the sale
• Educate guests on massage, skincare, stretch, enhancements, and wellness services
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales goals
• Track and communicate your sales performance
• Help increase membership growth, guest retention, service utilization, and overall revenue

• Has previous sales, retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience
• Is comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals
