Palm Beach Tan in Boise is looking for outgoing, energetic sales professionals to join our team. You will represent the brand, help clients with tanning services and skincare products, and drive sales in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours/day).
• Must lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on quality service standards and company policies.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
