Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (7+ hours) and lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on tanning guidelines and company requirements.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling and opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
