Sun Tan City is hiring for a frontline client service role in Wisconsin. The position offers base pay of $14.00/hr or more plus performance bonuses, with an average around $15.50/hr when criteria are met.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally
• Ability to engage with all clients by building relationships and understanding their needs as a client
• Ability to make recommendations for products and services
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements
• Ability to multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients on arrival
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while upholding company policies
