Sun Tan City in Eau Claire, WI is hiring for a customer-focused role within a high-energy tanning salon. You will engage clients, provide product recommendations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

This position offers performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company. Earn up to $15.50/hr including base pay and bonuses; base pay starts at $11.50/hr with additional opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Comfort with multitasking and maintaining salon cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients and build relationships to understand and meet their needs.
• Make product/service recommendations to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds between clients and welcoming new clients.
• Assist with salon cleanliness of tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while following company policies.
