Job summary

Ace-Hardware in ʻEleʻele, Hawaii seeks a motivated Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, keep shelves clean and organized, and help customers find products. You will assist with displays and basic store upkeep to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, cashier duties, inventory checks, and maintaining safety while accommodating a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Retail, and Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down displays and maintain merchandise presentation.
• Build customer loyalty through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Process register transactions and help with weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain safety and security practices in-store.
