Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their space. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and work toward sales goals while maintaining store standards and using Lovesac tools to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, manage quotes and close sales.
• Carry out store operations and merchandising standards.
• Utilize company tools and reports to prioritize tasks.
