Bass Pro Shops in Prattville, AL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate - Fishing. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide information to help with buying decisions.

You will restock and maintain shelves, follow merchandising guidelines, and promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup options. You will support a friendly shopping experience, work with team members, and handle cash and POS transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to drive sales.
• Replenish shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked with supplies.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and pricing accuracy.
