Bass Pro Shops in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Sales Associate for Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for Firearms, along with floor and counter sales of hunting merchandise.

The role requires product knowledge of firearms and ammunition, familiarity with ATF regulations, and strong customer service and sales skills. Part-time position with Bass Pro benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition products.
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• GCA knowledge.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Promote Bass Pro Shops programs and store services.
• Maintain clean, organized gun counter and merchandise areas.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and pricing signage.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
