Job summary

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a hospitality-driven, personalized shopping experience. You’ll share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, and help build loyal relationships across in-store and digital channels.

You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards, assist with merchandising and stock, and stay flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. Prioritizing teamwork and initiative, you’ll help drive store performance.
