Job summary

J.Crew Factory is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and help them discover styles that fit their look while representing the brand with energy and warmth.

You’ll collaborate with team members to drive sales, maintain a tidy, engaging store environment, and provide a seamless, inclusive shopping experience across the floor. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift items as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Are at least 18 years old

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
