White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a welcoming, customer-centered experience and share product knowledge in our Rogers, AR store. You will build authentic connections, assist with merchandising and inventory, and help drive store performance.

This role supports a team and requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong interpersonal skills, able to learn new tools quickly, and capable of lifting up to 50
