We are currently seeking appointment setters to support our growth by introducing our AI voice technology to business owners. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, clearly explain how our voice agents can benefit their operations, and schedule qualified sales calls with the Bytesand AI corporate team for further discussion.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable Appointment Setters to join our team on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for initiating contact with business leads, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for sales calls.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, or social media
  • Perform in-person walk-ins to local businesses (preferred)
  • Qualify prospects using pre-defined criteria
  • Schedule appointments on behalf of clients or closing sales team
  • Track outreach activity and appointment outcomes

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must submit a resume for consideration
  • College experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection, a phone, and a computer

Compensation Structure

  • This is a commission-only position
  • Payment is made only upon completion of a successful sale that results from a booked appointment
  • No base salary or hourly compensation is provided
  • Commission rate increases as you perform

Legal Classification

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, tools, and work schedule. This position does not include employee benefits or reimbursement for expenses.

  • Be based in the United States of America
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor
  • Be able to complete and return a W-9 form during hiring process
