At Daz & Company are an environment of opportunity. We specialize and focus in sales and retail management. Our most recent contracts have us active in the technology and entertainment industries.

Currently, we work with seven different retailers in over 30 locations in three markets! One of the nation’s largest telecom companies being our main focus, we work alongside their customers on all of their entertainment needs.

The best part is, we do all of this from the comfort of a 70 degree weathered store, 5 days a week. This year at Daz & Company, our expected expansion is into 60 locations across eight cities nationwide.

It is our mission to grow with a foundation of honesty, integrity, and excitement. We are committed to expanding our brand; not only to come through for our clients but to provide a better opportunity to the team that makes Daz & Company GREAT!

Throughout all this, we've opened the doors for more opportunity to grow our team. We're currently hiring for an Entry Level Sales Associate in the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate is an impeccable work ethic, enjoys working with customers and their colleagues, and is driven to surpass their goals.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Account management and retention

Team and business account development

Key liaison between client and customer

Client relationship building and problem-solving

One on one sales interactions with retail customers
