The Sales Associate will greet customers, maintain a clean, welcoming store, handle cash and duties, and actively promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty program while supporting profitability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers promptly and provides courteous service adhering to Best In Class standard
• Keeps store appearance clean and organized to reflect company expectations
• Ensures store is open and ready for business during all hours
• Follows Make It Right method to resolve customer conflicts
• Records hours worked and processes sales accurately
• Maintains cash handling and safety procedures as per policy
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers
