Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to store visitors.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Set and pursue sales targets; track performance daily.
• Follow all policies and procedures in manuals and memos.
• Asist in daily store operations: work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to drive sales per knowledge base; communicate issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; participate in tech clinics as needed.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risk to management.
