J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand with personal style and passion on the sales floor. You’ll help customers find their look and collaborate with teammates and managers to drive business success, delivering a seamless customer experience with kindness and inclusivity.

You’ll need to stay current on fashion trends, support performance goals, and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while performing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in varying situations.
• Have scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities
