Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set sales goals and work to meet or exceed them.
• Follow all company policies and procedures from manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge manual.
• Report merchandise needs and pricing concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets and flag potential fraud risks.
