This hourly, non-exempt position reports to the Store Manager and requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while protecting assets and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and help customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods and follow product knowledge guidance.
• Strive to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls.
