Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual, assisting customers as they enter and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist daily store operations, including completing work and cleanup lists, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales, per product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect assets by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud risk to management.
