• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Follow all company policies and manuals.
• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote goods as guided by product knowledge.
• Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
