Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and assist customers as they enter the store
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track overall sales performance
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards from manuals and memos
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments, and maintenance
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per knowledge manuals
• Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Identify and report merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management
• Attend all staff meetings and trainings (tech clinics) for the store
• Protect company assets and financial information through internal controls
