Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track sales goals and work to improve selling skills.
• Follow company policies and standards across operations, personnel and customer service manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists and handling weekly shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote sales according to product knowledge guidelines.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify pricing concerns or operational issues and report to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and training clinics as scheduled.
• Help protect company assets and information by following internal controls.
