Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including completing work lists and store maintenance.
• Utilize product knowledge to present and promote merchandise.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and communicate needs to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics for the store.
