Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to improve selling skills and track sales performance.
• Uphold company policies and standards across manuals and memos.
• Assist with daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales using product knowledge guidelines.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk to management.
