As an e-Commerce Sales Associate, you will interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Your role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from initial contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will use your outstanding communication and listening skills to help customers select their ideal vehicle, negotiate terms that meet their budgets and lifestyles, and close sales. Additionally, you will follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in transitioning customers to our Service department to support their ownership experience.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to follow up with customers
  • Experience and interest in working with technology
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record
