Job summary

AutoNation's e-Commerce Sales Associate role focuses on guiding hundreds of customers from online and phone inquiries to in-store experiences. You will answer questions, provide information, and help negotiate terms to fit budgets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With or without prior sales, you’ll drive targeted results, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and seamlessly transition customers to the Service department to support ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and meet targeted sales goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record.
