Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Willis, Texas is seeking a motivated customer service associate to deliver outstanding service to every guest, process sales orders accurately, and assist customers with credit applications and financing as needed.

You will help meet and exceed sales goals, support inventory control, and contribute to loss prevention while enjoying a benefits package that includes health insurance, time off, retirement options and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
