OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Associate, you will help create an elevated and welcoming shopping experience by understanding each customer’s needs, offering thoughtful product and styling recommendations, and building genuine connections. You will contribute to the store’s sales goals, maintain strong visual and merchandising standards, and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.

You will succeed in this role if you are customer-focused, collaborative, accountable, and motivated to achieve results. At DKNY, your ideas, individual style, and contributions matter—and you will be encouraged to learn, grow, and make an impact every time you step onto the sales floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet personal sales goals.
• Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions and follow company cash handling policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.
