Job Description

As a Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor, your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether you’re assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be the advisor on our customer’s journey. You’ll receive comprehensive training, and we’ll provide the products and support you need.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
