Cosmoprof Sales Associate

Role: Inside Sales Associate CosmoProf 08640 at CosmoProf Beauty. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guiding customers on their beauty journey. The employer provides training and supports your passion and personality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate the company culture values.
