Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role blends customer service, sales, and processing transactions, with hourly pay plus commission based on productivity.

Earned Wage Access is available to employees from day two, along with benefits such as medical options and paid vacation. The schedule typically runs 9AM–6PM, with Sundays often closed and opportunities for growth through commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and propose financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries and problems.
