FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers an hourly wage with a commission on transactions, and opportunities to earn beyond base pay.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong desire to work with people and be team-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains displays.
• Handles cash and negotiable items according to policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Works with colleagues to create a positive customer experience.
• Completed training and additional duties as assigned.
