Chico's in Centralia, WA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver hospitality-driven service while sharing product knowledge.

You will build genuine connections, support omnichannel shopping, assist with merchandising and inventory, and help maintain a visually inspiring store.

The role requires flexible availability, a team mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior retail experience is a plus.

You'll bring to the role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
