Job summary

KnitWell Group's Soma location at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets in Clinton, CT, is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a fashion-forward setting. You’ll help customers understand their needs, share product knowledge, and guide them through an omnichannel experience while upholding brand standards and hospitality.

Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

About us We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets to join our team located at our Store 5510-Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets-Soma-Clinton, CT 06413.

About the role As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
