Greets and interacts with customers, with attention to sampling and cross-selling.2. Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to making a purchase.3. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.4. Answers customers’ questions about products and merchandise.5. Assists customers with purchase decisions and encourage them to return.6. Collects payments and accurately operates a POS system.7. Processes returns and exchanges.8. Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders as needed.9. Cooks and/or hand dips store made product to meet store requirement and order demands.10. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.11. Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.12. Performs other department related duties as assigned.*This role requires strong retail sales execution and front-line leadership while delivering high-quality customer experience.
