Join our chic team dedicated to inspiring women to express their individuality through styling and social experiences.

We are adjusting our minimum hiring age for this location to 16 years to support holiday hiring. These are seasonal roles, with employment ending no later than January 16, 2022.

Position Objective:

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Drive for Results:
   • Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in locating merchandise based on their needs.
   • Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
   • Handle merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
   • Participate in visual merchandising including store sets and zone maintenance.
2. Customer Experience:
   • Model and promote the MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
   • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   • Ensure efficient register operations, staying current on policies.
   • Encourage buying decisions at checkout and promote add-on sales like gift cards.
   • Enroll clients in reward programs and build customer loyalty through clienteling.
   • Stay knowledgeable about current product fit and style offerings.
   • Maintain ongoing client communication using customer books.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Support replenishment and store organization activities.
   • Assist with visual displays, floor sets, and signage.
   • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth:
   • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
   • Seek personal development and feedback opportunities.
   • Perform other duties as assigned, noting that duties may vary by brand.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old, except for seasonal hiring needs.

• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Physical Requirements:
