POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results

• Meet sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in merchandise selection based on their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and visual directives as directed by management.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient checkout processes, understanding policies on payments, returns, and security.
• Encourage buying decisions at checkout, including gift card sales.
• Sign up clients for the reward program and build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Stay informed on current product fit and style offerings online and in-store.

Operational Excellence

• Support replenishment activities to keep the store well-stocked.
• Assist with locate fulfillment and visual displays, including floor sets and signage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote inclusivity and collaboration in problem-solving.
• Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Additional duties may vary by brand. Qualifications include retail or sales experience preferred, excellent communication and customer service skills, adaptability to technology, organizational skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements involve constant walking/standing, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., and frequent climbing.
