POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, ensuring excellent customer experiences and maximizing profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive for Results

• Meet sales goals using effective techniques, product knowledge, and customer assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and visual directives.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote MAPS principles for an omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient checkout processes and promote loyalty programs.
• Build customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.

Operational Excellence

• Support replenishment and fulfillments.
• Assist with visual displays and store organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Effective communication with customers and team members
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing (67-100%)
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%)
• Frequent climbing (34-66%)
