Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience built on hospitality and personalized service. You will share product knowledge, nurture authentic connections, and help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

You'll contribute to store performance through teamwork, merchandising support, and maintaining an inviting, brand-aligned environment while assisting customers with purchases and inquiries throughout flexible dayparts.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
