Perry Homes LLC in Celina, Ohio is seeking a Sales Associate to support the sales process from first contact through closing, working closely with a top-performing Sales Professional. Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
