Position Description Summary

• A Sales Associate is responsible for executing the Mission Statement by providing First Class Service to internal and external customers.
• The Sales Associate may perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment.
• This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.
• Weekends and Holiday hours are required.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
• Ability to greet, sell to, and thank the customer.
• Work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
• Pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
• Perform computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
• Availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
