United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate at a California store. You will assist in daily store operations, handle cash, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.

The role involves operating a cash register, stocking shelves, and maintaining store fixtures while upholding company policies. The position requires 18+ years old, ability to communicate in English, and willingness to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place/remove signage.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Assist in safe, customer-focused, and profitable store operation.
• Perform daily cash handling and stock maintenance.
• Maintain lighting/fixtures and general store cleanliness.
• Protect inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
