Job summary

Aaron’s in Chicago, IL is looking for a Sales Associate to energize our showroom floor. You’ll engage customers, help them find products, and keep the store clean and organized. This role pays $17.00 to $21.00 per hour and is eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
