Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages?

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide engaging guest experiences in a vibrant store environment. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals for part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Exceed guest expectations through fun and meaningful interactions, greeting guests, handling all cash register functions, and maintaining professionalism and friendliness at all times (80%)
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment by performing daily cleaning, maintaining displays, and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
  3. Operate the stockroom safely and efficiently, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, adhere to safety regulations, and report shortages (10%)

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication with team members and guests
  • Ability to process transactions through the register system
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and various hours
  • Access to all store areas including sales floor, stockroom, and loading dock
  • Physical ability to move, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs, and perform related physical activities
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week (flexible)

The hourly wage ranges from $17.87 to $18.87, based on responsibilities, experience, and location. Compensation details and benefits will be provided upon offer.
