Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) - Albany, NY

Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages?

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide engaging guest experiences in an interactive store environment. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals for part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a signature experience for each guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly manner (80%)
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning, managing store displays, and adhering to LEGO visual standards (10%)
  3. Operate the stockroom safely and efficiently, assist with receiving merchandise, and notify management of shortages (10%)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills with team members and guests
  • Ability to process transactions through the register system
  • Availability to work various hours, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to access all store areas and perform physical tasks, including lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week (with flexibility in scheduling)
