Responsibilities include:

1. Exceed guest expectations through fun and meaningful interactions, greeting guests, handling cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly manner (80%).
2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, managing store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
3. Assist in store stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stock standards, following safety regulations, and reporting shortages (10%).

Deliver retail experiences aligned with LEGO Brand values, fostering relationships that transcend generations. Key skills include effective communication, merchandise processing, flexible working hours, and physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

The hourly wage ranges from $21.84 to $22.84, based on responsibilities and market factors. Benefits and detailed compensation will be discussed upon offer.
