Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver memorable in-store experiences and support the team in achieving goals. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain product placement, signage, and clean store presentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while showing Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
